Hamburger and hot dog folds are the terms used by Dinah Zike. Fold an 8.5x11 paper in half width-wise., the short way, is like a hamburger. Fold it in half lengthwise. the narrow way, is like a hot dog. lapbooks.

Mountain and Valley Folds
